MSc in Information and Knowledge Management Research Proposal

Richard Lalleman (following his earlier guest blog) would be grateful for the opportunity to carry out a research within a case-study organisation. This research will seek to discover the crucial characteristics of leadership behaviour and to identify the ways in which certain leadership behaviour enhances organisational learning processes, utilising the Cynefin framework. Consequently, through this completed research, the case-study organisation may ensure the application of the best organisational learning processes within the identified governing context highlighted by the Cynefin framework, and, thereby enhancing innovating processes within the case-study organisation.

More information about this research proposal is included in attached document (only if you can attach documents within your weblog). If the research plan and outcomes would be of interest, or benefit to your organisation, please contact Richard Lalleman
