Boisot the Prop, and a Keynote in Hong Kong

I had a break from the net over the weekend to watch the Hong Kong Sevens and then a series of presentations Monday and Tuesday before flying home this evening. I had some great conversations in what became an Australian-Welsh enclave of the box, fueled by beer and bloody marys over three days. Monday I followed Max Boisot in a couple of presentations, linking and weaving my own ideas with his constructs. They were private presentations so no recordings I’m afraid. Today I gave the keynote after Max (for the third time) and its loaded here along with a podcast. Some common material over the three days by the way. Always a pleasure to be in Hong Kong with the added benefit of spending time with Max who is one of the thinkers and writers on whom I have relied over the years. Max was dragged to the final day of the Rugby by persuading him to treat it as an anthropological exercise. One major and surprising discover: he was captain of his school second fifteen, and had played in the front row ….
