Making sense at a conference

Information Today have just published an article on the use of archetypes as a sense-making function within a conference. The article also contains a link which has the full set of drawings. Michael Cheveldave (who you will see as a guest blogger on the new web site shortly) actually carried out the work. Its a good example of using a narrative technique with strong visualisation to get people to see the world in a different way
