Cognitive Edge was previously the  Cynefin Centre for Organisational Complexity.

This is an intensive 3 day training program for those wanting to acquire skills in the use of narrative techniques, complex systems and new instruments for cultural understanding and change.  Attendance at this program qualifies participants for Cognitive Edge Accreditation


This program is a broad introduction to this pioneering approach to making sense of complex issues. It focuses on the theory, frameworks, concepts and principles methods that underpin the practical techniques, and tools that have been developed and used in projects around the world over the last 3 to 5 years.  The course highlights the three focus areas of Cognitive Edge: Sense Making, Networks, and Narrative.
