Jochum is  the first in Holland to do use the cognitive-edge methods on a large scale for marketing researcy. He has done over 12 large projects and is currently working on three more. At Jochums firm all of the senior researchers have followed an accreditation course. Jochums experience includes the use of Sensemaker. Jochum wrote two papers on the use of complex methods for marketing research, one of them - Loser, Hero or human being.
