We've been working hard at CE to provide more resources for people who want to know how to apply our methods and tools in their organisations. A number of white papers have been in the works for some time, and we just put up four of them for feedback. You can find them here.
The four published are employee sat, horizon scanning, customer insight and culture mapping - additional ones are in rough drafts and we'll be getting them up as soon as possible.
All feedback on these (and contributions to strengthen them) would be welcome!

My first impression (after a quick review) is that these are desperately needed. In particular I will use these to 'sell' the concepts internally. Having specific examples of how its been done before makes it a lot easier to go forward and people don't look at you like you have 2 heads (even in a pretty enlightened organization as mine is).
Also, I am in the middle of facilitating a scenario planning exercise and I am eager to see how you approach the integration of SP and SM. So the specific content is useful as well (ie beyond the 'selling').

Ray, thanks for the quick response. Glad you found the ones posted so far useful - we'll look at the integration of SM and SP and see how that could be produced into a white paper. Cheers
