Philips Lighting has embarked on a narrative project with Ferro to gain rich insights into the motivations about gardening, in a project on garden light innovation.

It is an innovative project initiated by Netherlands-based Ferro (who have several Cognitive Edge practitioners) but is international in scope. Narratives about gardens are captured using the new SenseMaker™ V3.0 Collector and Auditor modules.

The project allows respondents to tell stories about their garden and also to comment on some generic garden types.
