I just uploaded the slides for my keynote at KM Asia. No podcast I am afraid, I managed to leave my iTouch at home in a short period of frantic packing and repacking before making the coach and plane by the skin of my teeth the best part of three weeks ago. Madanmohan has blogged the day here along with an observation I made myself about a year ago, that the number of major keynotes in KM was diminishing. KM Audiences these days are increasingly familiar. Good and dedicated people carrying the torch for something of considerable value which has slipped from the mainstream of management thinking.

My presentation mixed old and new. I started with some reminders about the nature of cross-silo knowledge sharing, reprised the first use of the Cynefin Framework along with my adaptation of Boisot's model (all summarised here) and then moved on to a series of methods including the first real elaboration of a method for crew construction. I also finished with a strong argument for reciprocation in ethics. If you want loyalty then you need to give it.
