I got a great little app for the iTouch yesterday and used it to record my lecture at the Civil Service College. It's an easy to use recording app that allows me to pause, set quality and importantly edit on the iTouch itself to name the files I create. It also comes with great service. Given Apple controls I couldn't load it, so I pinged off an email to support expecting the usual 48 hour wait, followed by a read the manual response that you get from these sites. Less than an hour later I had instructions (use a shared wireless link) and a second email shortly afterwards with some helpful additional advice. For an app that cost less than a fiver, this is outstanding service.
