An interesting application of the Cynefin framework to project management here. It's satisfying to see the basic ideas been taken up and adapted into real world problems. For those interested Mary Boone (co-author of the HBR article on leadership using Cynefin) and I getting together for a week late this month to build a book form the article with a wider remit.
