Interesting application of the Cynefin framework.

An interesting application of the Cynefin framework to project management here. It's satisfying to see the basic ideas been taken up and adapted into real world problems. For those interested Mary Boone (co-author of the HBR article on leadership using Cynefin) and I getting together for a week late this month to build a book form the article with a wider remit. Questions and ideas welcome for that, along with any other references like this one

Tony Shannon:

Thanks Dave,

That's a useful article.

Very glad to hear about the book.
I've mentioned I find the Cynefin framework useful for both my Emergency Medicine and Informatics work.
What kind of detail are you looking for?

Tony
