Ron the blog

A great new blog from Ron who has finally flow the Government nest to set up as an independent consultant.  I first met Ron many years ago when he was working for English Nature.  He picked up on the concept of narrative and knowledge mapping and completed a highly successful project with minimal training, when many an IBM consultant (some very senior) failed through their attempts to fit a new complexity based method into the old wineskins of their traditional methods.  He has already stimulated me to buy an Owl (this does not mean exam fraud in Harry Potter by the way) which I hope will give the evidence to persuade people to stop leaving lights on all over the house.  Read his moving story of knowledge capture to get a sense of his concerns, and passion.
