We asked Michael to take on the unenviable job of pioneering (you know the ones with arrows in their backs) the Guest Blog and he did us proud, so many thanks and expect him back again for a second slot in the future. I have told Michael he should start his own blog as he seems a natural, but more pressure appreciated! We have another set of practitioners lined up for two weeks time with Sonja and Aiden from South Africa. They will be followed by polymath Max Boisot whose book Knowledge Assets was fundamental to the development of the Cynefin model. I have enjoyed his criticism and conversation for years and expect both when he enters this space! You may have noticed a pattern here; we are alternating people from the network with academics and others whose ideas have contributed (with or without their knowledge or consent) to the development of Cognitive Edge. For the next two week we are privileged to have Gary Klein as our guest blogger. We have a few technical changes to put in place this morning so that Gary's name appears on the blog entries rather than mine (as has been the case with Michael). Also some fine tuning on the home page format to make it easier to navigate. So I will introduce Gary later today when those changes are in place.
