We could do with this approach elsewhere

Hi Dave - expert peer review has certainly been the foundation of scholarship for (roughly) ever. I found blogs to be an interesting avenue for soliciting peer review for developing ideas and encouraging dialogue from different fields. I see no reason why formal scholarship should not be more iterative, and include reviews of reviews. In March, I posted an article that relates to this theme - Scholarship in an Age of Participation - http://www.elearnspace.org/Articles/journal.htm .
