OK I am now in San Francisco to Sunday (so will get some tourism time between writing an article and catching up on paperwork). Thanks the AA loosing my luggage in Dallas (the second time in 10 days) I got to the hotel a short while ago and may get two hours sleep.
A critical question - does anyone know where in San Francisco, at 0300 in the morning on Saturday a Welsh Rugby fan might find a bar showing the Wales V Australia game? Company of Australians acceptable .....

For watching the rugby game at 3 am in San Francisco, you could try either Mad Dog in the Fog (415-626-7279) or the Kezar Pub (415-386-9292). Both are in the greater Haight neighborhood and cater to European expats who like to watch strange sports at ungodly hours... Good luck!
