For those interested, KM World in San Jose offers several opportunities to meet up. I am giving a keynote with Cindy Gordon on the 1st November and running a session with Richard McDermott on the 2nd November with the title “Controversies and the Future of Knowledge Management”. Also on the 2nd at 1400 I am going to give anyone interested a chance to look at the new Sensemaker software and will talk through some of the applications in KM, but also in marketing, organisational change management etc. Finally on the 31st October there is a complexity cluster meeting in San Francisco (UCSF Mission Bay) where my complexity lamb is being thrown into the midst of several lions of systems thinking - I am really looking forward to that and thanks to John for setting it up.
